What's the expiration date on your products?
All of our products are guaranteed to be delivered to you fresh. The expiration date is anywhere from 1 to 5 years. Most of our products will ship directly from our distributor. These very popular products are shipped to multiple retailers daily and have to be re-stocked constantly. There's very little chance these products will get old on our shelves. If by chance you receive an out-dated product we will gladly accept the return for either an exchange or a refund.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and eCheck. Your payment will be processed by PayPal, however you do NOT need a PayPal account to shop with us. This is totally secure and you do not disclose your financial information to us. How does it work? When you click to check out you will be automatically transferred to PayPal's SSL Secured Server where you will enter your payment information. Once you have completed this your payment will be processed. PayPal will email us your order, shipping details and verification of your completed payment. We will then send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order will be processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days (unless on back-order). **Note: Orders paid by eCheck will be processed once payment has cleared our account (3 to 4 days). When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days (unless on back-order). No orders will be shipped on weekends and/or holidays. **Please note payments made with eCheck must clear our bank (3 to 4 days) before the order is shipped.

When can I expect to receive my order?
We like processing orders quickly to satisify our customers; as we also as individuals would like to receive our orders in a timely manner (Do unto others.... ). You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 7 business days of your payment unless the item you purchased is out-of-stock. Please contact us if it has been over 7 business days & you have not received your order.

How will I know if a product I ordered is out-of-stock?
We will notify you as soon as possible by email. We will ask if you want a refund or if you prefer to wait for the product re-stock (usually 7 to 10 business days). If you choose to wait for the product to re-stock we will auto-ship the item as soon as it comes in. Note: if multiple items are on the same order, the items that are in stock will be shipped immediately and the back-ordered item will be auto-shipped at no additional cost to you. If you choose to receive a refund it will be processed within 24 hours.

Which mail carrier do you use?
We use the United States Postal Service and UPS ground.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns on items that have not been opened. They must be in the original packaging and in a resellable condition. However, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. You must contact us BEFORE sending a return. We will need to process your request to be sure you receive the proper credit (refund).

Will you combine shipping cost if I order multiple/ different items from your store?
Yes, we will combine your items and give you a discount on the shipping cost. However, you must email us BEFORE paying. We will then send you an amended invoice to pay.
