All of our products are guaranteed to be brand new, sealed, and fresh. Most of our items are shipped directly from our distributor.

Our main methods of shipping are via USPS and UPS. We determine which is the most cost effective to keep our prices low while also making sure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.

Please note: a $1 handling fee is included in the shipping & handling charge. If you purchase multiple items we will combine the shipping & handling and discount your s&h cost. Please email us before you pay for your multiple purchase and we will email you an amended invoice.

Most orders are shipped in 1 or 2 business days. However, occasionally our more popular items may go out-of-stock. In this case, we will process a refund or if you want to wait for the product to re-stock we will auto-ship it as soon as it's back in stock. It normally takes 7 to 10 business days for an item to re-stock.

We accept returns on items that have not been opened, in the original packaging and are in a resellable condition. However you are responsible for return shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee. Please email us before sending returns so that you will recieve the proper credit (refund).
